With over two decades of industry experience, I bring a wealth of insights to the table.
From the tender age of 6, I was captivated by computers. My earliest coding adventures were in BASIC, and that curiosity never waned. Fast forward to college, where I earned a diploma in Computer Programming and Analysis. Surprisingly, I didn’t follow the traditional developer path, but I still dabble in PowerShell from time to time 😄.
My career journey has been quite the ride. I started off in the IT world as a Helpdesk newbie at IBM and worked my way up through the years on the Desktop team, eventually becoming a Team Lead, then an Engineer and Solutions Architect.
My passion for troubleshooting and resolving issues is what led me to start this blog. I hope to share my knowledge through how-to guides, tips, and solutions to complex issues.
